The Esiama Divisional Council, is delighted to officially announce the much-anticipated 2023 Esiama Kundum Festival.
This annual celebration holds a special place in the hearts of the Esiama community, and we are thrilled to unveil the details of this year’s festival.The 2023 Esiama Kundum Festival is scheduled to take place from October 15TH to October 21ST, 2023.
This week-long extravaganza promises to be a vibrant and culturally enriching experience for all attendees. Pursuant to the tradition, the Kundum will be officially taken to Seidu on October 8TH, 2023, marking the commencement of the festival preparations.
The theme for this year’s Kundum Festival is “Back to Basics”. This theme embodies our commitment to reviving and reorienting our original culture among the young generations.
It serves as a reminder of our cultural roots and the importance of preserving and celebrating our heritage. Also, we extend a warm invitation to all community members living outside Esiama, especially our nationals abroad, to return home and join us in celebrating this significant festival.
