The Disciplinary committee of the Ghana Football Association has dismissed the protest filed against Nzema Kotoko in their game against Asokwa Deportivo Fc in the Ghana Division One League game.
Asokwa Deportivo fc filed a protest against Nzema Kotoko fc for fielding an unqualified player in the person of AUGUSTIN OFORI in a division one league game on match day 22.
They believed the said player has another registration with Half Asini new york fc making him an unqualified player per article 28.1d,article 28.2a of the ghana Division One League regulations.

The petitioner called on the Disciplinary committee to declare them winners in their game against Nzema Kotoko fc and also apply the necessary sanctions in accordance of the Ghana Football Association division one league regulations.
In a defense from Nzema Kotoko fc to Asokwa Deportivo fc’s protest, they stated that AUGUSTIN OFORI was transferred to Nzema Kotoko fc from tanoeakuba fc adding the release of the player dated 8th February, 2019.
The Disciplinary committee sat on the case and upon their investigations, dismissed the protest filed against Nzema Kotoko fc.
