Medeama Sporting Club is a Ghanaian professional football club based in Tarkwa, Western Region. The club currently competes in the Ghana Premier League and also the Champions of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League.
The club was formerly known as Kessben F.C. before changing its name to Medeama Sporting Club in January 2011. Moses Armah is the President and owner of Medeama SC.
The club paid a special visit to Awulae Attibrukusu III the Paramount Chief of Lower Axinm Traditional Area in the Western Region of Ghana and the President of Western Regional House of Chiefs and Vice President National House of Chiefs in the Republic of Ghana.
They paid homage to Awulae Attibrukusu III during the Kundum festival to seek his blessings and words of encouragement ahead of a new season.
