I change workers like my boxers because they steal and lack work ethics – Reggie Rockstone

Date:

Legendary Ghanaian singer and entrepreneur, Reginald Asante Osei, known in Showbiz as Reggie Rockstone has recently disclosed that he regularly changes workers like his boxer shorts because many of them lack work ethics and steal from his ‘Waakye’ business.

According to the ‘Godfather of Hiplife Music’, he doesn’t hesitate to fire any staff of ‘RockzWaakye’ who falls culprits since the youth of today are lazy but always want to find a fast way to success.

The ‘Sweetie Sweetie’ hitmaker made this statement during an interview with Amansan Krakye on Cape Coast-based Property FM.

“It’s not been easy since I started operating my own company and the workers are very lazy whilst some are also thieves. As for stealing it’s so enormous that’s why we regularly change the workers quite often like my boxers and you have to always keep an eye on them.

“In fact we have to be careful about the youth of Ghana because they all want to achieve something very fast and after employing them they steal from me,” he said.

He continued by saying, “They are so corrupt in all their endeavours and these are the same people who will grow and end up as a politician in future.”

The renowned crooner’s remark implies a zero-tolerance policy for theft and a perceived lack of work ethics in his company. It also reflects Rockstone’s uncompromising stance on maintaining a productive and trustworthy team for his Waakye business.
