Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, the Chairman of Bills Micro-credit Limited, has publicly recognized Captain Prince Kofi Amoabeng, the former founder of UT Bank.

According to the highly successful entrepreneur, Prince Kofi Amoabeng and his company UT Financial Services gave him a loan of GHc7k when he was first starting his business.

Richard Nii-Armah Quaye expressed his gratitude to his fellow entrepreneur for providing financial support to Bills Micro-credit, formerly known as Quick Credit, during his speech at the 15th anniversary event. Captain, I truly appreciate your assistance. He mentioned to the audience that he wanted to share that our company’s initial loan was GHc7,000 and it was acquired from UT Financial Services. This statement received applause from the crowd.

Bills Micro-credit marked its 15th year anniversary on Thursday, May 20, by hosting an extravagant dinner at the luxurious Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra. The exceptional employee, Charles Sampson, received an all-around commendation from Bills Board Chairman, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye. In recognition of his outstanding dedication and lengthy tenure, Sampson was bestowed with a new Hyundai Tucson car and a substantial cash reward of GHc200k.

Fourteen additional employees of Bills Micro-credit, formerly known as Quick Credit, received a generous gift of a brand new Toyota Vitz car each, while five chosen workers were given a special reward of GHc200k in cash each.

Fifteen loyal customers of Bills were given a 55-inch television each and were also provided interest-free loans, with a maximum amount of GHc100k per customer.
