Hon Francis-Xavier Sosu issues apology for misconduct during the Occupy BOG demonstration.

The opposition party NDC embarked on a large-scale demonstration against the government demanding for a change in the governance of the Bank of Ghana. This saw a handful of youth involved. Problems such as; High cost of living, systemic corruption and high tax rate among others was protested agaisnt.

The demonstration saw a number of high-profile members of the NDC. There was a lot of media coverage on the demonstration and people were allowed to share their views. Hon Francis-Xavier, MP for the Madina Constituency was among the many interviewed. In an outburst of anger and extreme provocation, the member of parliament used some sensitive words on national television.

After facing social media backlash and opinions of the public court on his conduct. The MP has issued a letter of apology to parliament and to the citizens of the Republic.
