In an interview conducted with Chef Hilda Baci, she laid emphasis on the fact that she has tasted both Ghanaian and Nigerian jollof on different occasions and has therefore concluded that Ghana jollof has no flavor and will always choose Nigerian jollof.
This statement from her has been a talking stalk by many people on the cyber network and received many replies by other Ghanaians.
One of them, known as EvianaGh, after watching the interview said,
“Someone help me educate her that her records in the Big book wasn’t the best chef so she should know her place.Nigeria Jollof that tastes like Gravels.”
Literally, many Ghanaians didn’t appeal to the fact that Chef Hilda made those sentiments about Ghanaian jollof even though she said she’s done many competitions with Ghanaian chefs.
