Former President Mahama has said the time has come for a new direction in terms of the political leadership of the country.
He stated that Ghanaians are tired of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).To that end, he said, the people of Assin North should make a bold statement in the by-election on Tuesday, June 27 and vote for the National Democratic Congress’ candidate James Gyakye Quayson.
“Let us make a bold statement with this election. Ghanaians are tired of Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP.“It is time for a new direction and a brighter future for our country. Together, let us make it happen,” he said in a statement.
