Blakk Rasta, a well-known media figure from Ghana, has expressed predictable worries about Chef Faila’s endeavor to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon ever achieved by one person.

Blakk Rasta expressed concerns about the possible health dangers connected to her cooking marathon endeavor and vehemently disagreed with the notion of people sacrificing proper sleep for an extended duration, labeling it as a ‘suicidal mission.’ He also used the chance to warn about the growing popularity of numerous marathons in the country. Blakk Rasta stressed the importance of individuals involved in these challenges putting their well-being first.

He emphasized the risks associated with sleep deprivation for more than three days and made it clear that he could not support or promote such activities. Although he recognized and appreciated the work put in by those individuals, he expressed a desire for them to reconsider the potential negative consequences for their health in the long run.

Chef Faila’s cook-a-thon, held at the Modern City Hotel in Tamale, is aiming for a total time of 240 hours and has already crossed the 200-hour mark.
