On the 2nd of May 2023,16 year old Emmanuel John was at home when his Father And his Mum began arguing,raising their voices and calling each other names.
It’s not really clear what triggered the exchanging of words and calling of names between Emmanuel John’s parents.

According to several sources, Emmanuel realized his Father had started beating his Mum uncontrollably and had to do something, He tried to saperate them but couldn’t do that.
Emmanuel watching his Dad beating his Mum decided to come to the rescue of his Mum and picked up a mortar pestle and hit on his Dad’s head.
Emmanuel’s father collapsed instantly and was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
The Police were immediately involved and tagged this case as “homicide” and Emmanuel was quickly arrested.
Emmanuel John has been arranged to appear before a juvenile court and would jailed if found guilty.
The internet upon hearing the story and how it started, are saying that Emmanuel John shouldn’t be jailed because he was only trying to rescue his Mum from the wrath of his dad.
